Winners for The Brasserie 2016

We have recently been awarded The Journal Choice Restaurant of the Year 2016.  This was awarded by The Journal magazine recently.  The Brasserie had stiff competition with 11 other restaurants in the area. 

The reviewers said they were “impressed with the lovely staff, delicious food and wonderful views from the huge windows in the restaurant, which takes in the lush greens of the nearby golf course.”

Those few sentences sums up The Brassiere nicely.  We are improving the menu, the wine offering and the service in The Brassiere.  We are open for breakfast, lunch, Afternoon Tea and dinner.  Offering a variety of dishes that do change to keep the menu seasonal, using local suppliers to get the best possible selection of great produce.

We are extremely proud of our Head Chef Mark Belcher and his kitchen team for putting together some great menus.  Chris Dearing, Food and Beverage Manager, and his team for all of their hard work in producing great service.  Chris commented “We have seen a marked improvement of The Brasserie on Trip Advisor.  We are working hard to get to the number 1 restaurant in Grimsby.  When we started six months ago we were placed at 42, we are now in the top 20.  This award shows the improvements that we have made and gives us a restaurant to be proud of.”

I would like to thank all of the team for all of their efforts in getting this award.  We are extremely proud of the hotel and everything that we have to offer.
